The start of a new year often means the making of a resolution.  But for many, even those with the best intentions find themselves derailed. Personally I have had years when I’ve headed out to the gym with images of Jillian Michels cheering me on, and within one week, fizzled. So to aid you on your way, we’ve come up with helping tips for keeping New Year’s fitness resolutions.

I think the solution lies in incentive.  I need a tangible reward to keep myself motivated.  When instant gratification is staring at me in the form of a maple glazed doughnut, there’s no way I’m  sticking to some super strict, gluten-free, paleo diet.
